Teamwork.
When you are in a team, you expect everyone to pull their own weight. When that doesn’t happen, there is a whole lot of frustration among the members who feel as though they are putting in way more than the others.
Something has to change. Everyone needs to take responsibility for what is expected of them.

Been in that kind of situation. It definitely sucks.
That’s not a happy situation. Some people really need to realize what’s going on around them and wake up.
It’s why I’m quitting my current job. Because I was slowly being kicked out from being part of the team by them not telling me the truth as often as they should.
