Weak Sauce!

I decided not to venture outdoors for running and went to the gym instead. What a different environment! I brought music just in case I got too bored running to nowhere. Listened to some radio, tried to read some television. Went about 1.5 miles before I felt faint… so I hopped off the treadmill, grabbed some water, and rowed 1,300 meters on the Erg instead.

I r weak!

    Weak now, stronger later.

    As soon as I get my knee taken care of, I’m planning a consistent workout regiment, which will begin in a gym on a treadmill.

    I know how you feel. After 20 minutes of power vinyasa, I felt nauseous. So I went to lift weights for another 20, until the muscle-bound “gym guys” intimidated me. But, if we both stick with it, the weakness will cease to be an issue. I’ll be your cheerleader, if you’ll be mine.
