It appears that with each year’s training, the more people attending are married and/or expecting to get married. There are fewer from my own office, but in other offices, it’s very common. So each year, it feels like we’re mellowing out. Not as many attend the “Hospitality” nights. My roommate this year is a gal from Seattle. In three weeks, she’s getting married.

There are also quite a few expecting parents.

There wasn’t such a high turnout for tonight’s Hospitality/Games Night. We’re definitely mellowing out. Plus, there’s high turnover in the field. If I’m around next year, I don’t expect to see a lot of these folks…

I love how my closest circle of friends at the moment is nowhere near that stage in life yet.
