I can’t believe that it is already September. Where did the summer go? I remember celebrating July 4th not too long ago, but so much has happened in between the time that’s passed. I’ve had a good summer.

Work was busy, but there was also plenty of downtime. I got a taste of telecommuting that I will miss.

I was out and about, expanding my circle of acquaintances and friends. I’ve been a social creature. It’s nice to finally say that I’m living in a city where I have people I can call up or text or other forms of communication to just do whatever whenever. I remember how hard it was when I first moved back. Sure, family’s out here, but it’s not quite the same kind of connections.

I studied for exams, off and on. It paid off. I’m finally making progress.

I guess this was my “Goodbye, Summer” post. The weather in SF is actually insanely nice, and it feels like summer has only just begun.
