Got it. Must accept self. Can I accept that I am a constantly evolving person? I can’t just accept the one idea of me. I have to improve and accept those other incarnations. It means that I am constantly trying to grow and evolve. I don’t want to stand still or remain stagnant as a person.

When you get upset, try to cool off and calm down before making any decisions. An impulsive decision made in anger will usually work against you. Try to move slowly and decide what to do only when you have thought about the problem and realized how important it really is.

It says here that I argue on feelings, rather than logic, but I think I am getting better at using logic or at least stating the facts, rather than relying strictly on feelings. I do make some decisions impulsively when annoyed or frustrated, so I have to stop and think about that before making a rash move.
