Are you seriously wired shut? So that you can't speak? Even porridge? I cheated a lot by making food pieces super small and soaked them in liquids. <br><br>Although I am interested in the observations, discoveries, etc. you will make during this time. How people treat you differently...how food has changed for you...how some things became easier...etc. I hope everything goes well! If it's a common procedure, it should be fine! You have a great support group!

I make a few creamy (in texture not actual cream) soups that I'd be happy to bring over once you are feeling up to guests (or I'll just leave it with the BF).
